I seeked out Anew Massage for back pain and have happily paid out of pocket for my appointments. Alex is truly a professional and manages to work out all the tension, knots, and tightness to allow my muscles to relax enough to continue with my physical therapy regimen.

Each session I find myself drifting off, sometimes falling asleep completely. Alex is attentive and will adjust pressure to a lighter or heavier touch as needed. I hope to try other services such as lymphatic or therapeutic massages as my healing journey continues.

The other staff who work there are always welcoming and make it a comfortable place to receive treatment. Their practice space has always been clean and tidy.

Ballard isn't convenient for me but Anew Massage is worth going out of the way for. Their flexible scheduling is also a huge plus as someone who works in the trades

Alex is an amazing massage therapist! Very skilled, gave me full range of motion on my neck which has been an ongoing problem for me, I've never had a massage that helped so much. Professional and kind and the space is clean and welcoming. So happy to have Anew in the neighborhood.
